Thinking about joining Kyodai Karate here is some more information.

Our Lessons are 

• Mondays  6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (7yrs+, adults) and 7:30pm to 8:30pm (over 16 only)

• Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm (7yrs+, adults)

• Wednesday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm(7yrs+, adults) and 7:30pm to 8:30pm (7yrs+, adults)

• Saturday 09:30am to 10:30am (7yrs+, adults) and 10:30am to 11:30am (7yrs+, adults)

 

Age

Age7+ years all lessons available

Age 5 to 6 Saturday mornings only 09:30am to 10am to 10:30am to 11am

Cost

First 2 weeks are free with no obligation

Please wear lose clothing T-shirt and lose trousers Not shorts and you will be barefoot

Once you have completed your free introduction. Lessons are charged at £8:00 per student per Hr. There is no monthly fee, you only pay if you attend. But you must have 75% attendance to be able to grade for your next belt

​

After about 4 weeks you will need to purchase a licence which is £35 a year. This registers you to the World Union of Karate-Do Federations (WUKF) and the English United Karate Federation (EUKF). This means your grade level is recognised around the world.

Uniform

The training uniform is called a GI and price starts from £25 you don't need this straight away

Car parking

Leisure centre has its own car park that you are able to use for Free. You drive past the Sainsburys car park entrance and it just past the Leisure Centre

If you chose to park in the Sainsburys car park, please check their information for parking restrictions
